I haven't been on in a while, at least not posting anything. Welp guys. I had my baby. July 8th at 3:30. He was 6 pounds and 13 ounces and 19 and a half inches long. He's healthy, adorable and spoiled already.

Hey, any change?
Not by way of drawing. But I have kind of had one muse for myself rekindled. A friend of mine from work just moved to california to finish school for acting and between that and becoming addicted to watching the FFXV voice actors goof around on twitch, my old desire to get into voice acting is flared back up. Keep meaning to audition for funimation again. But I've been working alot and keep forgetting. Plus not knowing if their auditions will match up with my days off. But still. I just got to fix my time management and work myself out a good schedule for when I'm not working to pursue my passions. I'm also trying to work on getting the initiative to build up stock to open an etsy shop for jewelry and some sewn stuff. But usually with working I'm so tired after I never get around to it. Again, time management. I'll get there. You doing well?
I understand what you mean. I got many things I would like to work on, just after work and before work I don't always have time and working nights makes things difficult in more ways then one. It's been more difficult now, we have been understaffed for too long, people have fell behind and now we are down another because of vacation times and they don't even find anyone to replace them for a time. It's like where the management from the managers?
You're work problems sound almost identical to mine. We keep loosing people left and right. They're quitting or sick or what ever else. We have 16 people trying to run the busiest arby's in our metroplex. And that's both shifts. 16 people between day and night shift. Not when corporate wants 8 people both shifts each day. In theory oh yea 8 and 8 is 16 but then that means no one would have a day off ever. So that's not happening.

Not really. I pop in from time to time to favor things from people I follow but I haven't been in a mood to draw or create much in a while.
